Most readers of FineArtViews probably think the "Fine" in the name refers to "Fine Art."  And, of course, we do mostly discuss art.  However, the original reason we included the word "Fine" in our name is explained clearly by our full tag line, "Straight Talk about art, marketing, inpsiration and Fine Living."  

You see, we envioned FineArtViews while being, mostly about art, occassionally exploring topics of inspiration and "Fine" living.   The idea for the fine living section was to include musings about life situations, the humor found in everyday life, philsophical ideas on living a better life and, of course, our second favorite topic (second only to art)......wine.  You see, your editor feels that all of these topics are hopelessly intertwined....art is inspiration....inspiration drives art......fine living includes fine art.........you see our point.

Now that FineArtViews has evolved to include many wonderful writers who offer far more value than your humble editor, he plans to reinstate the "Fine Living" column in this space.  It won't be a regular column but will appear only when we have the time and inclination to share something.....  Let's see where this journey leads.......
